Pharmacy Weight Loss Pudsey is a GPhC registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Pudsey and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately.
Weight loss treatments are only suitable for patients who meet specific clinical criteria, including a qualifying Body Mass Index (BMI). We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if you do not meet eligibility requirements or if it is not clinically appropriate to do so. Our prescribers make final decisions on suitability at their professional discretion.
All prescription medications are issued only following a satisfactory clinical consultation reviewed and approved by one of our registered prescribers. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated and are issued for use by the named patient only. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your treatment and could put your health at risk.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. In the event that a prescription is not approved following your consultation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather or courier delays. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery services. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery location is provided.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is received before dispatch.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
